Lost Tree island
Roland DuBlois of the Indian River County Planning Dept. gave an update on the efforts to purchase Lost Tree Island. (See Marker Fall 2001) The County has set aside $8 million and has applied for an FCT Florida Forever Grant of $4.6 million from the state. The Town will supply the other $2.4 million needed for the acquisition. |
